Who doesn’t love a good face mask? Especially one that’s pretty damn affordable. Many can make big claims and in exchange for those promises you pay a small fortune only to find that they don’t quite live up to the hype. I’m all for checking the ingredients and opting for one of the cheaper alternatives, at least that way if it doesn’t work out its not too much of a loss.
I picked this up in Boots on a bit of a whim when I fancied a good ol’ pamper. I like it a lot, it works and leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. None of that really annoying tightness to your skin that you can get after applying some face masks. The brand focuses on using only ‘Good Things’ and ingredients that are natural which is good and something I look for. Equally, Manuka Honey and Beeswax are renowned for their heeling properties so combining the two in facemasks is common practice in the skin care industry.
I like to apply a relatively thick layer to the skin about twice a month. I mix up what face masks I use a lot and don’t like to stick to the same one. The mask dries in about 10-15 minutes and then I wash it off either with a muslin cloth or just with my hands in the shower.
Sounds yummy! I’ve been using a face mask every weekend for 3 weeks now and it’s so relaxing!
Would love if you check out my blog!
